Dr. Frank H. Farley, Former President of APA and Divisions 46, 1, 3, 10, 15, 26, 32, 48, and 52, has joined the 2024 National Board of Directors of the Elwyn Foundation, the second largest non-profit foundation in the United States devoted to the care of special needs persons, with approximately 2,0000 individuals currently in its care nationwide. Dr. Farley is also chairing the Board of Directors of Elwyn, New Jersey, a subsidiary of the national Elwyn Foundation, that was once the Vineland (NJ) Training School, which historically was the origin of much early attention to special needs persons in America.

Drs. Grant J. Rich, V. K. Kumar, and Frank H. Farley have published Handbook of Media Psychology: The Science and the Practice (2024) through Springer. Many wonderful chapters were contributed by Division 46 members.

Drs. Chrysalis Wright, Lesley-Anne Ey, K. Megan Hopper, and Wayne Warburton have published The Importance of Media Literacy: Getting the Most from the Digital World (2024) through Cambridge Scholars Publishing. Several insightful chapters were contributed by Division 46 members.

Dr. Jerri Lynn Hogg’s session on “Integrative Reality: Future of AI & Psychology” has been selected for the APA 2024 Feature Stage by the Board of Convention Affairs.
